As founder of the Bureau, Marcus has extensive experience in high-stakes negotiation as a result of having served in two elite military units and 25 years in policing, where he specialised in Crisis and Hostage Negotiation. He is an experienced leadership and communications trainer, having gained an ILM Level 7 diploma in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, and is currently completing a Masters in Communication, Human Behaviour, and Deception Detection.
